The residence is surrounded with a lot of green areas but moreover very central. With the good public transport connections it takes less than 30 minutes to the city or University.

Nearby are a lot of leisure-time possibilities: For example a shopping mall called Herold Center, the waterpark Arriba or the open-air pool Kiwittsmoor. Every free time activity is only a stone’s throw from here. The direct surrounding of the residence gives a plenty of other opportunities like jogging or bicycling. Furthermore there are three bicycle storage rooms and a plenty of freeway parking places behind the house.
