One-room flat for 1 - 2 persons: 500,00 €

Renovated one-room flat for one person: 570,00 € exkl. Strom

Two-room flat: 540,00 €

Furthermore the singleroom price and the prices fort he not renovated apartments are all-inclusive prices (incl. service charges and internet usage).

The deposit amounts two rents. After a moving out the deposit will be repaied eight weeks after the last rent payment.
